These lamps are ideal bedside lamps. Globe Types Touch ON/OFF are compatible with most globe types, including energy efficient LED Globes. Touch DIMMER lamps would only be fitted with incandescent or halogen globes, and would not be fitted with compact fluorescent or LED globes. CAUTION - This lamp should not be "mega tested" as the touch mechanism will be damaged. ASSEMBLY If this fitting is supplied unassembled to reduce shipping cost and minimise damage, some assembly by the customer or the installing electrician may be required.
