This non-hazardous product is intentionally slow drying to achieve an excellent kill rate. The active ingredient is effective on 99.99% of germs and bugs such as E-coli, Staph and Pseudomonas. OXYGEL™ Hand Sanitiser is a non-hazardous product and is not subject to any special transport or usage restrictions. OXYGEL's active ingredients kill 99.99% human (Strain 229-E) with one minute wet contact time in clean conditions.
