We looked at traditional stemmed glasses and thought that by removing the stem it gave it a more modern look and a flowing shape. It fits in the hand beautifully and sits perfectly on a tray, making it easier to serve than a traditional stemmed glass. We then took it a step further by applying a smoky black finish to the glass, topped off with a decadent shining gold rim.
